Refund Policy

  1. General Policy – At Bravion Counsel, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our advisory services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
  2. Consultation Fees – Fees for individual consultations are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice.
  3. Project-Based Engagements – For ongoing project support or strategy sessions, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are typically not available for work already performed or time already incurred.
  4. Prepaid Packages – If you purchase a package of multiple sessions or a block of hours, you may cancel the unused portion within 14 days of purchase and receive a pro-rated refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  5. Audit Services – Fees for business audits are non-refundable once the audit report has been delivered. If you cancel before work begins, you may receive a full refund minus any out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
  6. Executive Support Retainers – Retainers for ongoing executive support are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the month in which services are provided. You may terminate the retainer with 30 days' written notice.
  7. Dissatisfaction with Services – If you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address your concerns and may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit.
  8. Refund Requests – All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@bravioncounsel.com. Please include your name, contact information, invoice number, and reason for the request.
  9. Processing Time – Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
  10. Non-Refundable Items – Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to: expedited service fees, custom research, and third-party costs incurred on your behalf.
  11. Force Majeure – Bravion Counsel is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
  12. Invoicing Errors – If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, you must notify us within 60 days of the invoice date. We will investigate and correct any errors promptly.
  13. Promotional Offers – Any discounts or promotional offers are subject to the terms specified at the time of purchase. Refunds for discounted services will be based on the actual amount paid.
  14. Right to Modify Policy – We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  15. Applicability – This Refund Policy applies only to services provided directly by Bravion Counsel. It does not apply to any third-party products or services that may be referenced or recommended.
  16. No Guarantee of Results – While we strive to deliver high-quality advice and support, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based on failure to achieve desired results unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  17. Dispute Resolution – Any disputes regarding refunds shall first be discussed in good faith. If not resolved, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution clause in our Terms of Service.
